Workouts

Sin City Circuit: a workout composed of various exercises ranging from sit ups to dynamic movements such as the "clean and jerk."  During the workout, you can expect to spend a certain amount of time doing each movement (about 1 minute).  During your time at each station, you will either complete as many repetitions as possible with a light load or complete a specific, lesser number of repetitions with a heavier load; thus, catering to a variety of fitness goals.

500 club: 5 exercises each done 100 times.  Trust us, you can do it!

300 (Spartan) workout: 10 exercises done 30 times each with an intense twist in between each exercise...

Tri-circuit:  3, 15 minute durations of 3 different types of training: Strength, abs and fast twitch cardio (sprints).

Strength Course:  A series of exercises spaced throughout the park.  The goal: complete a certain number of repetitions at one exercise before running to the next one.  Primary Focus: Strength and stamina

Sled Challenge:  Participants are divide into two teams and then race each other through a station course with sleds.  Each team must push/pull their weighted sled through the entire course, stoping at various stations to compete a team challenge before moving onto the next station.

Stamina Course:  A heavy focus on lung power.  There will be running, jumping, resistance and anything we can think of to test your cardiovascular capacity.

Legfest:  Good luck walking afterwards..  On the bright side, your butt will look great!

Dumbbell 1000 Workout:    10 exercises done 100 times each, performed also by your beloved trainers Josh and Trevor... We're going to sweat with you!!!

Cross Circuit Course:    An obstacle course like set up with a mixture of dynamic movements, running, and body weight resistance training.

Sin City Combine:    Series of events that test your fitness level... We also have a suprise for the end.  Trust us it's going to be a great time.

Body Circuit:   Your beloved sin city circuit with only body weight exercises.  It is amazing what you can do with just body weight...

Challenge Course:    A heavy focus on pushing yourself to the extreme.  This course will test you physically and mentally.  This workout will kick your butt!!!

Endurance Course/Circuit:    A heavy focus on cardiovascular strength.  There will be dumbbell workouts and running that will bring the heart rate up in order to burn maximum calories.
