  • Expect to move. Wear clothing that’s comfortable and moves with your body. You don’t want to be constantly adjusting clothing when you are trying to to get fit and focus on the class.
  • Expect to sweat. We don’t call this fitness bootcamp for nothing. You are going to work hard, but we’ll be there to encourage you every step of the way. The results will be worth every drop of sweat and more.
  • Expect to have fun. It’s hard work, but you’ll love it. You’ll be surrounded by people who want to get in shape just like you do!
